Please read these terms carefully before using the Ledgervio platform

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ledgervio platform, including any websites, mobile applications, APIs, and services provided by Ledgervio Technologies Ltd. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Ledgervio platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Ledgervio reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to any user for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or applicable law.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, private keys, and any activity that occurs under your account. Ledgervio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. You acknowledge that Ledgervio cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Ledgervio provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet interface, staking services, token swap functionality, and portfolio tracking tools. We facilitate peer-to-peer transactions on public blockchain networks and do not act as a counterparty to any transaction unless explicitly stated.
Staking services involve delegating your cryptocurrency to network validators through our platform. Staking rewards are subject to network conditions, validator performance, and protocol rules. Past performance does not guarantee future rewards, and staked assets may be subject to lock-up periods as defined by individual staking plans.
Ledgervio charges fees for certain services, including but not limited to staking management, token swaps, and withdrawals. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are subject to change with prior notice posted on the platform.
Network transaction fees (gas fees) imposed by blockchain networks are separate from Ledgervio's service fees and are non-refundable. Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds to cover all applicable fees before initiating a transaction.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) attempting to circumvent any security measure or access restriction; (c) interfering with the proper functioning of the platform; (d) engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, or any form of fraudulent activity; (e) using the platform to launder money or finance terrorism.
Cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks, including the potential loss of principal. You acknowledge that the value of digital assets can be highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly. Ledgervio does not provide investment advice, and all investment decisions are made at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for understanding the tax implications of your cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction. Ledgervio does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting with a qualified tax professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ledgervio and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total fees paid by you to Ledgervio in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the platform. Your obligations under these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.
